HIRING IMMEDIATELY – COMMERCIAL INSTALLERS, MOVERS AND DRIVERS! We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse work, moving, or delivery driving is helpful - but if you work hard, we can teach you the job!
At T&M Services, we build real things in the physical world. Our crews assemble and install commercial office furniture at job sites across the area. We are growing quickly and looking for team members who want to step in, prove themselves, and move up.
What We Offer
STARTING PAY: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
Age: 18 years or older.
Driver’s License: NO CDL REQUIRED. Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record (no DUIs).
Checks: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Work: Ability to lift heavy items (100+ lbs) repeatedly and handle physical labor in all weather conditions.
Reliability: We’re rolling by 7:00 AM sharp. If waking up early or showing up on time is a struggle, this won't be the right fit.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Flexibility: Must be open to occasional overtime (nights & weekends when big projects roll in).

A hands-on route with clear daily goals
This Driver / Mover / Installer role in La Vista, NE is suited to drivers who enjoy route-based work and keeping the day moving from one stop to the next. Reliability and professional customer handoffs are especially important.
- Complete scheduled stops safely and in the planned sequence
- Check freight, delivery records and vehicle condition throughout the day
- Ask whether loading, unloading or customer-facing duties are part of this assignment
