Sharing candidate information
Information may be shared with employers or recruitment partners only when relevant to recruitment. TalentCoreX does not sell candidate contact information. Employer details may remain confidential during initial review but are shared before interview or placement.
Retention and security
Candidate information is retained only while it is reasonably needed for recruitment, candidate support, legal obligations or resolving a request. Access is limited to authorised recruitment personnel and service providers needed to operate the application process.
