What You’ll Do As a Driver, you will: Operate autonomous vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws to support real-world testing and data collection Continuously monitor vehicle systems and roadway conditions to ensure safe operation at all times Stay alert and ready to take control of the vehicle when necessary, especially in unexpected or high-risk situations Conduct pre- and post-drive vehicle inspections, ensuring all systems and safety equipment are fully operational Document observations and provide detailed reports to engineering and operations teams Collaborate with engineers, riders, and internal stakeholders by sharing insights and feedback from the field Maintain focus and remain distraction-free while actively monitoring vehicle performance Requirements Required Qualifications 4+ years of driving experience with a valid U.S. driver’s license Clean driving record (no DUIs or drug/alcohol-related offenses within the past 5 years) Experience in roles requiring high levels of driving precision and safety (e.g., autonomous vehicle operator, driving instructor, motorsports, commercial driving, etc.) Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and defensive driving techniques Ability to anticipate hazards and react quickly and safely in unpredictable situations Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Comfortable driving for extended periods in various weather and road conditions High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with electric vehicles or autonomous vehicle systems Familiarity with vehicle technology, sensors, or control systems Certification in defensive driving or advanced safety training programs Benefits Benefits Pre-tax commuter benefits Subsidized healthcare coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-covered short-term & long-term disability and life insurance 401(k) program Pay Rate = $25.00 per hour Ongoing Contract - Full-time
