Our guests experience both luxury and adventure that is truly unmatched. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of customer service and driving tasks. Routinely, drives a van and provides narrated tours. Performs basic mechanical duties. Applies knowledge of the area to provide information to passengers.

REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in the use of computer business applications. One year of experience in positions involving customer service. Current, valid driver's license, with a clean driving record is required. Minimum age of 21 is required. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to safely drive a motorcoach while speaking to passengers, answering questions and providing narration, while working in a team or group environment. Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards. Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.

- Meet pickup and delivery expectations while communicating delays early
