RSRs act as the primary contact for customers, focusing on service retention, upselling new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a physical, fast-paced, Monday–Friday role. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales: Deliver uniforms and facility products, handle customer requests, and identify opportunities to upsell new items to existing accounts. Route Management: Manage a scheduled, recurring route independently, including loading/unloading vehicles and performing daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels for customers, including scanning, tracking, and invoicing of products. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Qualifications Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an environment requiring walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day. Driving: Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
