We are looking for a Driver on behalf of our client in South Hill, WA.

A "Day in the Life": Efficiently, energetically and independently, the employer's drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from the employer's competition by: Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies Service and clean portable restrooms (˜50% driving, ˜50% servicing) Communicate with dispatchers and customers Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending The employer offers: Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities Wage Progression - Hourly wages increase according to the following union progression: Starting wage: $26.00 per hour After 12 months : $27.00 per hour After 18 months : $29.00 per hour — full scale Schedule: 5:00AM Start. Monday-Friday (some weekends) 100% Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family. Paid time-off and Teamsters Pension On-the-job training and tuition reimbursement Requirements Qualifications: 1+ years in a physically demanding role Clean driving record & pass DOT. Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC. Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records. Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.
