Your Responsibilities Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation .
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
Provide medication reminders as needed.
Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required).
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred but not required — we provide training!
Open availability strongly preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check .
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

This Home Health Aide - Driver preferred opening is based in Berkley, MA. The exact lane and schedule depend on the employer, but the role is built around safe, dependable driving and clear communication throughout each assignment.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip checks and keep required records accurate
- Meet pickup and delivery expectations while communicating delays early
- Share whether you prefer local, regional, dedicated or OTR work so the recruiter can assess the fit
