The employer is looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, vacuuming interiors of vehicles and janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable. You will also relieve the courtesy Shuttle Driver. We take great pride in the employer's Shuttle Drivers driving courteously for the employer's clients who we transport between in-town locations. Being familiar with city streets and navigating through town to any given destination including the ability to read maps, signs, and use a GPS navigation device is required. Additional duties will include coordinating with vehicle operation and schedule pick up /drop off times for efficiency and client satisfaction. This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
