CDL-A Regional Driver Home every weekend. No-touch freight. Real pay, real numbers. PAY MILES Average weekly pay: $1,600-$1,750 | Top earners: $1,850+ $0.71 CPM Average 2,300-2,800 miles per week HOME TIME Home 48 hours every weekend BONUSES $3,000 transition bonus for new drivers $3,000 referral bonus Annual pay increases BENEFITS Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-matching 401K Paid vacation: 1 week after 6 months Paid orientation - transportation and hotel covered REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of experience in similar equipment At least 23 years old No major convictions (DWI, DUI, hit and run, homicide, assault, suspension, revocation, or reckless driving) within the past 5 years No more than 4 minor moving violations in the past 36 months No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 12 months
