In this field-based role, you will assist residents with mobility, including wheelchair securement and safe transfers, while upholding their dignity, comfort, and privacy. You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow traffic and safety regulations, and keep vehicles clean and organized. As part of a mission-driven, resident-centered care team, you’ll collaborate with nursing and support staff to coordinate schedules, respond calmly to changing needs, and provide courteous, respectful service that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
