Service Support Coordinator / Shuttle Driver

We are looking for a Service Support Coordinator / Shuttle Driver on behalf of our client in McPherson, KS.

Job Description Job Description Description: the employer Auto Group is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join the employer's team as a Service Support Coordinator / Shuttle Driver. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for the employer's service customers and staff. This position will also assist with dealership errands, maintaining the shuttle vehicle, and providing general support to the service department as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can stay organized while handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities Safely transport service customers and staff to and from designated locations Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during all shuttle trips Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented shuttle vehicle Complete daily bank runs, mail runs, and other dealership errands Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies Assist customers with getting in and out of the shuttle as needed Communicate effectively with the service team regarding customer transportation needs Help coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs Assist with light cleaning and custodial duties as needed Greet and assist service customers when needed Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate team member Assist with cashier transactions and other basic service department duties as needed Help keep customer and service areas clean and organized Provide general support to the service department during slower periods or as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Safe and responsible driving habits Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working with customers of all types Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance Ability to perform light cleaning and custodial duties Basic computer skills Previous customer service, driving, or automotive experience is preferred but not required What The employer is Looking For A dependable and trustworthy team member Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people A safe and responsible driver A professional and friendly representative of the employer Someone who is comfortable working independently and staying productive throughout the day A flexible team player who is willing to assist the service department when needed At the employer Auto Group, we value professionalism, energy, teamwork, and a willingness to get things done.
